This occured during the filming of Transformers 3: Dark Of The Moon.

What's funny is that the cop car fared the crash much better than Bumblebee did. :P

Sure, but it was an off-roader, not a cabriolet.
Imagine what would happen if it hit a pedestrian as it clearly has no crumple-zone.

Damn pigs, they ruin everyone's fun.
