Title: Some server requests...
Post by: Kaizerwolf on July 11, 2010, 06:19:15 PM: Hey all, I've got a request for people who host D3 servers. WH-Ashes and I have been looking for good 1v1 servers lately, and at the moment, there is only 1 at Burning Indika 3. I asked Ashes if he wanted some other levels, and he said yes.

If someone could host a few 1v1 servers for a week or so, that would be so awesome. Levels like Elysium, Ascent, the like.

Post by: Kaiaatzl on July 12, 2010, 09:08:40 AM: If memory serves, Ascent is a little big for 1 on 1. Even with 3 players it's a little slow. Better for 4 to 6.

If anyone can point me to the latest D3 Server tool though, that would be nice. It appears I'm using a old version and I can't find it myself.

Post by: Truth on July 17, 2010, 12:30:17 AM: I was able to host a 1v1, actually, I was able to host a 5 man server with no problems as well. I had to stop when I couldn't access it from my other computer over the network. I think it had something to do with Zone Alarm. I've had a lot on my hands with a daughter on the way, and I haven't had much time to assess the issue, let alone fix it. If you leave me a PM with some of the ones you want, I might be able to set something up if I could have some assistance with connections from the outside. Personally, Elysium is one of my favorite levels, and I haven't played in it since my last clan breakup in '05. Heh... how time flies.
