Definately a bot from my instincts. Sounds like a slight variation from one of the usual phrases used.

I Googled "Hey everyone, what's up? My name is Rebekka and I'm new here. I'm from Chicago, where are you guys from?" and got 1090 hits.

It could be a bot or it could be a live spammer. Someone who gets paid to post links. But in this case there are no links, which has me puzzled. If there were links to sites all over the place, it'd be a ban for sure. Or an uploaded image, which could contain scripting.

may be the idea where the person gets paid to do it.  This has a list of all the different names under that 212.235.107.70 ip, and they're all from Israel.  So I'll bet someone over is spamming for money.
