It's back!! It's the "Locate this Descent Pic Game" Edition 014
Let's see who can identify:
- What Descent 3 single player Level this is a pic of?
- Where in that level the player is at (describe as best you can)?
- Extra bonus: Point out something unique about the level or the location
Can you correctly identify this location?
The score stands at:
- IHateHackers = 2
- Kaiaatsel = 3
- NUMBERZero = 5
- TechPro = 1
- Scyphi = 1
- Pumo = 1 (won the last one 12/23/2011)

First line now reads: Blah!
This is in Red Acropolis (level 5) the room underneath the second room where you can get Plasma for the second time. Something unique about the level is... the tremors that happen at frequent intervals due to the CED attack on the base. Also that it apparently takes place in the basement of the facility.

Another unique aspect of D3 Level 5 is that it is the "Anti-Descent" level, in the sense that instead of destroying reactors, you're saving them from attack.
-
Yeah, I heard that threw one player for a loop enough that at first he (or she, can't recall) thought he needed to destroy the reactors, not save them. :P
-
@Alieo I tried to trick you into thinking I was going to say that.
-
It's also one of the buggiest multiplayer levels in the entire campaign.

Oh, is that what they call it now? :P
-
Kai, you got that one. Want to do the next one? If not, I can do another.
-
Yeah, I heard that threw one player for a loop enough that at first he (or she, can't recall) thought he needed to destroy the reactors, not save them. :P
That was me :P
-
I eagerly await the next one.
-
Yap, you go ahead. I still need to find some good places.

You sure? The post I'm remembering goes way back to good ol' classic PD.com (may it rest in peace), and I was not aware you had been active on the forums for that long.
At any rate, I'm sure this one person wasn't the only one to do it. :P

I'm pretty sure Zero's been around for a long time.
-
...and, no offense to Zero, I'm pretty sure I've been around on PD for just a little longer. I've lost track of how many years I've been visiting now. :P
I say this with such confidence because I'm pretty sure I can remember when he first started posting...or at least when his username first started popping up.

Yeah I was on those old forums for its final year (I miss it) and yeah I posted once that I had tried attacking the reactors. If you're thinking of someone else, then he and I both attacked the reactors.
My first avatar was a Galactic Federation marine from MP2.
