Based on a wierd comment I made about Canada on a Mountain Time comic.  Something like all Canadians are really shapeshifters with specific sets of animal forms, all those white arctic foxes are really Canadians in foxform in winter keeping warm, and it's all a huge conspiracy we keep from the rest of the world with unerring unerring.

And this song is about somebody living in Canada who has just found out all of this exists -- but his forms are all the wrong animals, worse than that, they're all natural enemies of the right animal forms!  And it's pushing him away from somebody he cares about.  So he gets to be really angsty, even more than the usual shapeshifter angst.  There's that word mentioned again too...

And who knows, the story in this song might be real.  It might even be about me...
