Again, here's Dreary Woods, but this time put into effect as my background and you can see Mario possesses the lantern.

...I wonder what's gonna happen to him just before 10-10? >:)

For all the art work that desktop demonstrates, don't you find that the icons 'hide' in the pattern and are more difficult to locate?  And that taskbar, not very efficient I'd think.

Maybe it's just me, but I always thought desktops should be both beautiful and easy to use instead of being beautiful and difficult.

Is what I like to use for desktops.  Beautiful and when used on your desktop, the icons are easy to see.

It's kind of a "calendar" desktop. I update it daily moving Mario around one level. Everything I use is in the taskbar, and any excess icons are in the borders of the map.
I like to think I have a Descent taste of music.

I'm in the mood for changing mine, but haven't decided on one to replace it yet.  :-\

I need to change mine, but not found anything that's big enough for my desktop.

Matt, Darc, Foxy, Fancy, jeez IDK what to call you anymore :P

Anyway, All Of The Above, you should grab just any pic. I don't always fill up my entire desktop. I sometimes have some black to the sides when the pic is in the center. It still looks great and organized.

All Of The Above

That's a good name isn't it?

The protagonist of one of Xaihyv's books is named "Almost".  Of course, everyone just calls him "Al".

that yellow and black ship design they used in miners war would be nice to have in the Phoenix; or really any ship I guess.

Since I couldn't decide on a pic I already have for a new desktop, I ended up making my own. :P

This'll be my desktop for the next few months.  The background is by Issac (from the DBB) -- he didn't like the picture but I love it.  And I hate generic arrangements of desktop icons.

One of several.
Some people are like Slinkies. They aren't really good or even useful for anything but they always manage to put a little smile on your face when you give them enough of a push down the stairs.
