Any Video Converter + YouTube = yes
unless you're looking for decent sound quality...

also I would never touch the iTunes store if it could be avoided. music drm annoys me to no end.

Yes, purchase.  I'm aware of other ways and sites to... *cough*  ...obtain music via other methods.  Ignorance isn't why I do it. <:

For as much as I dislike it, everyone keeps talking about iTunes DRM, but personally I've never run into the issue.  iTunes will convert your .m4a's to .mp3's anyways, and there's no limit to the ways you can de-DRM them.

I parlayed (e.g. returned, and combined with a few $$) most of the gifts I was given into some components for a new PC build I'm starting.

Otherwise, I'm with WillyP.  The most fun was had watching my kid open his presents.  :D

 A Miller 211 wire feed welder http://www.millerwelds.com/products/mig/product.php?model=M00245
My wife expects me to make enough money doing ornamental ironwork with it to pay for it though.

The Mother Earth News on cd, 1970 - 2009

A book about a western swing band, "We're The Light Crust Doughboys"
An uncle of mine was one of the original members in the 1930's. They went on to form the group "Bob Wills And The Texas Playboys"

A couple of packs of spicey beef jerky. Yum!
