If we want to be technical, Earth is way to close to Mars in that pic. :P

I dunno, I found a forum once that was dedicated to only discussing quantum physics and theoretical science the other day.  ;)

I agree with Scyphi, It would be impossible to see the earth like that from that perspective of mars (the earh should look like a very bright blueish star at most).

Anyway, the general rendering of Mars is great, maybe a bit too orange (I think original mars color is a bit less 'intense' and garish) but nowadays it looks cool  8)

On the other hand, You know what should be the best instead of an image of the earth?  an image of Phobos. ;)

BTW, Science is indeed cool and will alwas had a place even on the Internet, at least for me :P
