Anyone else here play minecraft? The free version offered on the website is just a basic creative construction game, while the paid-for alpha is a survival game in development. I've bought the alpha and it's quite a fun and addicting game.

In any case, the gameplay might be comparable, but not entirely. Shores of Hazeron is more inline with a RTS where you basically have to rise up as an empire, while Minecraft is just a basic survival game (more gamemodes are planned for later though)

I am guilty of having palyed this game not that long ago. I gave it up when I realized how futile finding a good game was.

Most beta tests allow free access to the final release of the game as well though...

this one does too. Provided you pay in alpha, you'll get everything without ever having to pay again.

minecraft is a great game but i can't really play it and there is a crap load of enemies like creepers, zombies, spiders, and skeletons.
