Oh yeah umm, encore electronics was hard to contact and didn't try to solve my problem told me its defective and to return it, which i did

Well, if that solves the problem I'd say they were very helpful...

They have probably gone through this with hundreds, maybe thousands of customers and from your description just knew it was a defect.
