Haven't changed mine yet, and haven't decided if I want to just yet... :-\

I've still got Zero.

But I might chance it to this.

Hi there folks - Sorry I've been absent for a while.
Here's my current one. My notebook is away and this Dradis image from (the new-ish) Battlestar Galactica fits my old desktop screens well for resolution.

I'm using Scyphi's recent collage of different descent pics called Ghosts of Descent  ;)

This is a screenshot of an island track in trackmania...

I made it, though not with my online account.  I used a different profile called No one In Particular (The N.I.P).  Actually N.I.P finished the track which I started with Xaph (aka Some Random Raccoon in D3).
Yes, I do keep the same characters/profiles between games... though I can't go online with them in Trackmania, since I can only have one account, I'd have to change my nickname.  (Otterhawk is my nickname for the forseeable future).

I am impressed. Windows XP, an operating system from 2001, before Microsoft made most of their PNG viewers support the alpha channel (remember IE6?), the desktop background supported the alpha channel. That means I can get away with putting a picture right on the desktop without having to edit it first.

The character is Terra Branford, probably one of my favorite video game personas of all time. It isn't fancy or anything, but it works. (plus, if I decide to actually use desktop icons I have plenty of space to store them! :P)

EDIT: Argh. My fantasy of Windows doing something right itself with PNGs was broken. It appearantly relies on IE to draw PNGs with alpha.

Crash: You can find a copy, and a download link, for the original-sized version of that pic here. :)

Maybe I should re-submit it as a pic of the day, seeing that it seems to be so popular. :P

<-- posted a desktop picture -->

So Terra Branford likes the reallllly pointy shoes, ay?  (seems like that would be reallly hard to walk or anything else but kick dangerously).
