I didnt see what it said. Did it say like some weird lines of text and then end with

SPAMBOT

?

If so, I've seen that before. Dont know where it comes from, or why. I see it all the time at the alientrap(nexuiz) forums.  :-\

If anything, it gives you a nice filter for removing these posts automatically. After all, most humans don't end posts saying just "SPAMBOT". While a post as simple as "SPAMBOT" being used to point out one might happen, there's still no need for these posts and some wouldn't mind seeing them gone.

It didn't SPECIFICALLY say that, but it claimed to "not be responsible for the content of this ad, it is only being distributed with our system" or some nonsense like that.

A quick google reveal thousands of registrations by the same name on various forums, probably all the same person/spambot.
