Topic: Christmas Ditty Contest!

Over on PlanetDescent.com, a Descent themed version of Jingle Bells called "Robot here, Robot there" was posted for all to see. NUMBERZero posted a like to a "Ding Fries Are Done" video on YouTube.  Tis the season for goofy or modified Christmas Tunes. 

Got one you want to share or an idea of one of your own?  Here's your chance!  PM WillyP or TechPro with your Christmassy poetry/song and on December 24th we'll post the best one in the Soupe plus award a digital trophy!  At that time, we'll also post the runner ups (seperatly, of course).

So join in the fun!  Come up with your own version of a Christmas tune, PM it to WillyP or TechPro and win a place in Descent holiday history! Naturally, Descent themed tunes are good, but you don't have to stick to that.  Make 'em good, make 'em clean (we're a family friendly place you know), and most of all HAVE FUN!

Yes, if someone will host it. I will engrave the winners name on the base and re-light it, but it is playable as is. Also the winner can specify what powerups are in it, or other customizations. If they want, I'll even put their picture in the loadscreen.

After 4 hours of <censor> ******* </censor> with Movie Maker, my video for this is complete, but I cannot decide what to do with it. Should I post it on YouTube for everyone to see now and for them to get a general idea of what they think that they have to beat, or send it to the contest judges? Any ideas? I trust you guys in your judgement.

Video?  Video not required at all.  Not refused either.  It can be text, audio recording, video, whatever you want to do.  Just make sure you let us know what original Christmas tune it goes to.  (Robot here, Robot there = Jingle Bells ... Ding Fries are Done = Carol of the Bells ... etc.)
