Spybot found Virtumonde.dll in there, hidden in two thumbs.db files. After scans with other software found nothing I did some research and found this is another case of false positive. http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?p=350602

But just to be safe, I deleted both files through my ftp program instead of through Windows. (Won't go to the trash bin that way, and no chance of opening them.)
