Topic: How can i comment on a gallery item?

What the title says, how can i do it?

I've been browsing several gallery items (images, music, etc) and it seems i can vote, rate and comment, but i can't see where and how to do this? 

Please help!

Just in case, I'm talking about PD's user galleries.

You need to have javascript enabled to post a comment, but there (above the box where comments go),should be a hyperlink that says "Add comment". From there you should be able to add a comment.

I'm using IE8 and I don't have anything blocking javascript ... and I don't see any comment thing.  Not above, not below, not beside, and not on the page.

That's interesting.  I see a comment item under the pics ... but my access is probably not the same as yours ... so I would not be a good example.

How do you know Pumo's issue is fixed?


Pumo, what browser are you using? Can you post a screen shot?

Probably not related but FYI:  Users with more than 5 posts have permission to comment in the Gallery, users with less than 5 can comment, but their comments must be approved by a moderator before being published.

I went and poked around in the gallery admin area, and found another place where permissions can be set per folder.  And none of the folders had any permissions set.   Which is odd, because some of you have in fact uploaded stuff... Anyway, try commenting again, please.

I was referring to Zero's post mixup. I didn't want to delete this post bringing the next one out of context, so I kept it.

OK, i've tested it and yeap, it seems gallery comments are up and functioning perfectly.
