Topic: some spots on my TV looks grainy on all consoles

(been 13 months without a post? wow. anyway)

I hope to describe this issue. Whether on the PS3 or Wii U, I am getting a grainy like image in places on my TV. I don't know yet if it's certain specific colors or what. It's to my knowledge, not every part of the TV, just some areas that may be certain colors.
For example, let's look at the planet descent banner we have up on top. I have the light version, so there's light light blue/gray and light blue/gray.
Let's say it's animated. We'll say the light light blue/gray (ships and enemies) has a grainy sort of look, and the other blue/gray looks fine.

This is a 1080 TV. I wish I could describe it better or find a way to upload a video.
