Yes, it's completely intact. I tend to put my game manuals on a shelf, and then mostly forget about them.

Unfortunate for me the cover is not intact, but all the pages still are. And there's a nice looking stain on the front, but hey, that gives it character!

My thoughts too! I don't recall ever seeing one. Mine just came with a cardboard pocket case case.
