Seeking alternate email clients other than outlook...

Does anyone know of any third party email clients I can download to use as an alternate to Microsoft Outlook? I'm going to be downgrading from a smartphone to a "dumb phone" to save money and I am a bit spoiled when it comes to my email alerts. Is there any Windows desktop versions similar to the K-9 app that is popular on Android? Thanks.
