Fantastic stuff here! You obviously have a knack for this sort of thing.  :D
I, for one, hope this is much, much more than a reconnaissance mission.

hehe... I downloaded blender a while back, stared at it a while, pushed some buttons then gave up... I never did finder a tutorial to get started. Most of them assume a lot of experience, or just do a poor job with the basics... So kudos to you for learning this in such a short time!

Their Video Tutorials help alot. They dont start the modeling process until chapter two of the tutorial. Its actually really easy!  :D

Nice. 8)

I'm like WillyP. Downloaded Blender years ago, messed with it off an on for awhile, before eventually giving up.

I really like the interface tho, and I have managed to successfully build some stuff with it. I'm convinced that if I dedicated myself to it, I could eventually master the program. But that would require lots of my time, time I apparently would rather spend elsewhere.  ::)

You're certainly churning out quite a few models for only going at it a week :D

Now just texture these bad boys and they'll make great additions to OpenDescent.  ;)

I am sensing heavy fire power invested into that beast.
